Steel Siding Built for Performance and Durability
American Eagle Buildings uses high-quality 26-gauge or 29-gauge steel siding for both roofs and sidewalls, delivering long-lasting protection and a clean, finished look. We offer both Siliconized Polyester and Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000™ Fluoropan paint systems from Central States Manufacturing, providing excellent color retention and weather resistance.

All steel panels are installed using self-drilling, hex head washer screws that are color-matched for a seamless appearance. Each screw is treated with Ultraseal™ and coated for added durability. To further protect your building, screws are placed in the high rib of the panel rather than the flat surface, helping reduce the risk of water infiltration over time.

Insulation and Interior Liner Options
American Eagle offers insulation packages designed for comfort and energy efficiency. Wall systems include R-19 and R-25 uncompressed fiberglass insulation, while attic insulation options include uncompressed fiberglass or blown-in insulation with R-values ranging from R-38 up to R-50. A vapor barrier is installed between the insulation and steel liner to help control moisture and improve overall performance. Our insulation materials are supplied by Therm-All Insulation.

We also provide steel liner packages using either standard 29-gauge panels or perforated acoustical panels to help reduce interior noise. To support the liner system, we install 2x4 framing along the bottom cord of the trusses, spaced between 48 and 60 inches on center. This method strengthens the structure by tying the trusses together while allowing the liner panels to be installed straight and securely, creating a clean, professional interior finish.

Ventilation for Long-Term Efficiency
To help maintain performance and prevent condensation, American Eagle incorporates attic ventilation systems tailored to your building. Proper ventilation supports insulation effectiveness and contributes to lower energy costs throughout the year.
