Custom trusses

At American Eagle Buildings, there are no “standard” truss sizes. Every truss is custom designed and manufactured to meet specific load requirements, engineering standards, and most importantly, your project’s unique needs. We offer clear-span wood trusses up to 100 feet, providing open and versatile space without compromise.

Our wood truss and purlin system is engineered differently than many conventional methods. While others install purlins over the top of trusses, American Eagle precision-cuts each purlin at our facility so it fits flush with the top of the truss. This integrated design locks the structure together, enhancing overall strength while also reducing gaps where birds can nest.
